Refunds

Last updated 19 August 2026. This page applies once a written booking exists and a fee has been paid. This website does not take payment.

Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel a clinic seat in writing at least 14 days before the first live session, and we have not already issued downloadable workbook files unique to that cohort. Signal notebook purchases may be refunded within 14 days if you have not downloaded the workbook. Night watch desk hours that have not been used may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel with 14 days’ notice.

Timeframe to ask

Send the request to hello@dev-flowgrid.digital within the windows above. Statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may give additional cooling-off time where you booked as a consumer at a distance; we will honour those rights where they apply.

Full or partial refunds

After a clinic has begun, missed weeks are not refunded because the seat cannot be resold mid-critique. If we cancel a programme, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that programme, or a transfer to a later cohort at your choice. If we remove a participant for serious breach of the terms, we may retain fees already earned for sessions delivered and refund the unused remainder at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Travel, hotels, and third-party tool licences are never refunded by us. Completion letters already issued are not “returned.” Custom board-pack work that has started is billed for time already spent; unused scheduled hours can be refunded as above.

Process

Write with the booking date, seat name, and whether you want money returned or a transfer. We confirm in writing within five working days. Refunds go back by the original payment method where the processor allows it; otherwise by UK bank transfer to the account that paid.

Processing time

Once approved, we instruct the return within ten working days. Banks may take longer to show the credit. We are not a payment service; delays at your bank are outside our control.

Cancellation by you

You may nominate a colleague from the same employer up to seven days before week one, subject to our usual mix of roles. That is a substitution, not a refund.

Exceptions

If illness or bereavement prevents attendance, write to us. We will usually offer a transfer to the next clinic rather than cash, unless a consumer cooling-off right requires otherwise. Force majeure that stops us teaching (studio closure, tutor illness without a substitute) triggers a full refund or transfer as you choose.
